"Dreaming in Green integrates a modified net motif with an organic painting style. Here, as in other paintings such as ""Flight"" and ""The Weather #1"", bird shapes spontaneously appear. As in ""The Weather"" series, I am using a dominant color. The abstracted watery net can symbolize birth or rebirth. The color green can indicate grass, tree leaves, healing herbs, medicines harvested from forests, ecological energy sources, or a general concern for life on Earth. Questions arise... How can we take care of our living planet? How can we negotiate the needs of all life on planet Earth? Perhaps we need a new way of finding answers... such as, before going to sleep instructing ourselves to ask the question, and then to dream the answer in the color green, finally to remember the answer as we awaken in the morning.""
