"My 'Midway Multi' series is derived from my 'Midway' series and uses additional elements not included in 'Midway'. This project was a labor of love. It was all things Midway Gardens, a beer garden in Chicago that was designed by Frank Lloyd Wright in the early 1920s (since demolished). Here I took various elements of the Garden's architecture and embellishments and used them to create a unique series of pieces. Mr. Wright's design forms and linearity emerge nicely here."
