Waterfall
"Waterfall began as an attempted drawing of the figure of a Phoenix as I was inspired by a conversation I had recently with friends of mine about the mythological creature. As things progressed, they evolved drastically often due to my need to correct something that struck me as off. I followed the original flow of the painting and ended with what I felt were waterfalls flowing peacefully downwards the opposite to that of the high shooting Phoenix but honestly a concept I am more comfortable with anyway. Don’t chase waterfalls but rather let them stream over you."
