"A somewhat neglected apartment complex pool in winter. The sky was getting stormy, I’d ventured out to check the mail and noticed how eerie and cool the light was on the water. I went and laid on the ground next to a waterjet. Shots that weren’t captured during those flashes of cloud-filtered light -- it just looked like dirty water. But when some light rays came through the stormy clouds, the water, bubbles, and tiny waves illuminated like magic."
