Untitled 6

"This artwork is a phase of art I was doing pre pandemic. I collaged found items to explore contemporary art. In these works I was aiming to find a new challenge for new mediums and learning about new multi-media effects. I use xerox machines to make copies from found objects and then use them to create patterns. During this time period I was trying to learn more about the resources that were available to me. I was inspired by mixing different mediums and discovering what went well together. My back pack is my studio. I put stuff I find into my backpack and then download those items into different artwork. I typically create this work from my back pack, my REACH studio at RedLine and my bedroom. This piece lives in a large sketchbook full of similar art works."
