Summer Air

"Living in a nature preserve area, there's always an evolving landscape with amazing things around me. I try to notice and capture things one might normally just walk past without noticing. This is an example of that, grasses just in a breeze, up close. There are no filters on these photos, the colors up close were this vivid and the summer wind and slightly off-focus gives it depth and a bit of the quality of a painting. I take a lot of these, I just like them for myself, find a patch of wild grasses and they really look amazing up close. Create arcs, shapes, patters and so many colors and textures."
