"Sometimes just the morning light shining through the leaves of a tree is all that is needed to calm our nervous system. Of course, some good equipment helps reveal this, but I was going for simplicity in hopes that we can all look a little deeper at our emerald world. This was taken with a Nikon D700 digital camera at the Los Angeles County Arboretum and Botanic Garden in Arcadia. Los Angeles is home to some of the most amazing botanical gardens in the world. They are Huntington and Descanso Gardens and the Arboretum as stated above and well worth the trip."
