Sea Foam

"I moved to FL to be near the ocean and my family. I’ve always loved the waves and mesmerizing continuous calming motion. I forget all of my problems and zen out on the movement of the water. The foam is proof of that movement as well as a design element. The sea turbulence combined with organic elements create the beautiful bubble-like foamy decor of my painting.

The ocean promotes serenity. I do not use paintbrushes in any of my alcohol ink work. All of my tools are typical household items such as cotton balls, q-tips, felt, gauze, and coffee stirrers. I choose alcohol ink due to its highly concentrated color and brightness."
