"Inspired by traditional Japanese woodblock prints, this piece merges ancient aesthetics with modern abstraction. Using layers of hand-painted rice paper, each thin and translucent, I build a vibrant mosaic of color and texture. The composition aims to capture the fleeting remnants of vibrant hues on a cold, wintry day, where the warmth of color contrasts with the starkness of the season."
