Raindrops

"When I had a portrait studio, I decided to experiment with photography. This piece was done with studio lighting, rainex (which helps make water droplets into circles) and wrapping paper as a background. I used a Nikon D700 digital camera with a Zeiss Macro lens on a tripod. I was attempting to get the reflections in the water droplets with various backgrounds to create an other worldly feeling."
