"An abstract created with inks, dyes, and very simple chemical reactions. From abstract series where I'm trying to create a photo that has a painted quality or evoke a particular thing. Something I keep coming back to is this—I saw this wonderful collection of Google Satellite images. And I try to create images with similar qualities using the absolute opposite of that, macro-up close photography. I create, or try to create micro-landscapes and try to evoke the same taken from space quality. A landscape, rising, falling, textured."
