"This hard-edge piece is included in my 'White Line' series of artworks. The white lines are inspired by the works of Frank Stella, particularly his 1980s pieces. The colors are developed on a piece-by-piece basis, from individual color palettes that are dependent on how I envision the outcome.

'Double Triangle' is a unique piece in the 'White Line' series in that it contains an inset to break the continuity of the other triangular pieces. The disruptions in this piece are the non-triangular elements that interfere with the completion of the major outer triangles."
