Crazy Colored Sky
"This is one of my "Dream Paintings", I occasionally, just before waking, have a dreaming period in which I see one scene after another, like passing billboards on a highway. I try to remember them when I awake, often jumping up to grab a paper and a set of markers so I can sketch them quickly before I forget. This one feels like a morning sky to me, a blazing sunrise that promises a day full of adventure and accomplishments. Now, when I look at this painting, it makes me feel happy and confident that good things will happen. The medium is Alcohol Ink on Glossy Paper 4"x6". No brushes or pens were used, there are a number of other ways to manipulate the ink to get different effects."
