Blue Circles
"A grid of blue circles in varying shades cover the paper, with a single dark blue dot anchored in the lower left of the piece; the top right corner of the piece is missing some circles, as if the piece is breaking down. For this series, I use only 1 hue + a black for the entire piece, relying on different levels of opacity and transparency as well as mixing in more or less black for each square to create subtle changes in color."
