Bird and Branch

"When I first discovered my artistic gift as an acquired savant, I experienced a lot of synesthesia, and colors and shapes flew right before my nose. This piece is a perfect depiction of those shapes and colors and my attempt to recreate them on a digital canvas using vector lines and points. My works in this genre are my first attempts at creating art. The shapes reminded me of a bird and a branch. Naming art was a huge challenge for me initially, and I would number pieces successively to continue creating art. Creating art at the beginning in 2017 most often meant I was making 5-6 pcs a day! I've learned more about the art involved in titling pieces. But at this time, literal names worked ok for me."
