Art brings visual and social impact to the workplace

Headquartered in Boston, Bain Capital is a leading private, multi-asset investment firm. Since 2016, Bain Capital has acquired a diverse selection of artwork for multiple offices.

To infuse social impact throughout their NYC offices, Bain Capital acquired artwork by Marc, Christina Constantine, and Scott Benner. The significant investment in original artwork by emerging contemporary artists created lasting impacts for the artists and Bain Capital’s art collection.

Upon learning about the sizable acquisition, ArtLifting artist Marc, shared, “Bain Capital has given me freedom to explore and capitalize on my next chapter. Hard to put into words what Bain has afforded me. Sincere thanks and gratitude come to mind quickly but doesn’t seem to say enough. You have given me a new life, one beyond approach. I am forever indebted to you. Thank you!”

Bain Capital's decision to feature artwork by ArtLifting artists isn't just about aesthetics—it's a statement of values, reflecting their commitment to social impact while fostering an inclusive workplace culture that sees the potential in everyone.

Bain Capital's comprehensive art strategy supports inclusive environments at multiple office locations, including their Boston headquarters. Read about our Boston HQ project here.

"Sometimes the story behind the art is as compelling as the art itself."
